2. Applicability and target audience

These terms apply to every offer made by Belle Lueur and every agreement arising from it between Belle Lueur and you as a consumer. We sell exclusively to private individuals who are not acting in the course of a profession or business. There is no statutory minimum age for ordering cosmetic products. If you are a minor, you generally need the consent of your parent or guardian to place an order (Art. 1:234 of the Dutch Civil Code); without such consent, the agreement can be annulled afterwards.

3. Formation of the agreement

An offer on our website is without obligation. The agreement is formed at the moment your order and payment are confirmed by us via an order confirmation by email. As long as you have not received this confirmation, you can still cancel your order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Mollie, including iDEAL, Klarna, credit card and Apple Pay. Your order is only processed after receipt of full payment.

5. Delivery and transfer of risk

We deliver within the Netherlands and the EU. The delivery time is stated with the offer and is no more than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of damage or loss passes to you as soon as you have taken receipt of the order.

6. Retention of title

The products delivered remain the property of Belle Lueur until you have paid the full purchase price (Art. 3:92 of the Dutch Civil Code).

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For cosmetic products, the following applies: this right lapses as soon as the seal of the product has been broken (Art. 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code), for reasons of hygiene. You can find the full return policy, including conditions and refunds, on our return page.

8. Conformity and warranty

Our products conform to the agreement: they are suitable for normal use and possess the properties you may reasonably expect (statutory warranty, Art. 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code). This statutory warranty can never be excluded or limited. If you receive a product that does not conform to the agreement, please contact us at support@bellelueur.nl.

9. Liability

Belle Lueur is not liable for damage arising from improper use of a product, failure to follow usage instructions, or an allergic reaction to an ingredient. Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

10. Product use and disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic care products and not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no medical claims are made about their effects.

  • Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin first when using new products
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if symptoms persist
  • Follow the usage instructions on the packaging

11. Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint? Report it within a reasonable time at support@bellelueur.nl. We will respond within 5 business days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit your dispute to the competent Dutch court.

12. Applicable law

These terms and all agreements with Belle Lueur are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
